Position Summary:
Lead a global team of Electrical Engineers responsible for the design, development, validation, and lifecycle management of high-density liquid cooling systems for mission-critical data center applications. Drive electrical engineering standards, product quality, compliance, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating across engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a global electrical engineering team.
• Oversee product development, systems integration, validation, and sustaining engineering activities.
• Support manufacturing operations, new product introductions (NPI), product transfers, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with electrical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Review and approve engineering designs, documentation, and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering priorities with business objectives.
• Provide leadership reporting on engineering performance, project status, and risks.
Qualifications:
• 5 years of engineering management experience.
• 10 years of electrical engineering experience in Data Centers, Industrial, Automotive, Telecommunications, Electrical Power, or related industries.
• Strong experience with NPI, manufacturing support, and product development.
• Knowledge of NEC (NFPA79), UL 508A/SB, HVAC-related electrical standards, and Design for Six Sigma.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, CREO, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, power electronics, PCB design, and system integration is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required.
Preferred:
• Data center cooling or thermal management experience.
• Experience with UL60335-2-40, CSA/UL standards, and electrical compliance testing.
• Experience working in a global manufacturing environment.
