Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for:
- Compensation & Benefits
- Core HR & Recruiting lifecycle (Hire Onboard Manage Exit)
- Align product roadmap with enterprise priorities (scale, compliance, experience)
- Drive prioritization using value-based frameworks
Domain Expertise & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to Total Rewards & HR leaders
- Provide deep expertise in:
- Compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity)
- Benefits administration & vendor ecosystems (e.g., Alight)
- Core HR (worker data, org structures, business processes)
- Recruiting workflows (sourcing offer hire)
- Simplify complex processes and improve scalability
Experience & Journey Design
- Redesign key experiences:
- Hiring Manager journey
- Candidate experience
- Employee lifecycle events
- Promote self-service, automation-first HR model
Solution Design & Delivery
- Partner with solution architects, engineers, and integration teams
- Lead:
- Workday configuration and solution design
- Prototyping and design thinking sessions
- Ensure scalable, reusable, and compliant configurations
AI & Innovation
- Drive AI-enabled HR capabilities, including:
- Compensation insights (pay equity, recommendations)
- Intelligent recruiting (screening, matching)
- Benefits personalization and decision support
- Collaborate with platforms like:
- Workday AI
- SANA / external integrations
Execution & Governance
- Own backlog, sprint prioritization, and delivery execution
- Ensure adherence to:
- Data governance

- Measure KPIs:
- Compensation cycle efficiency
- Employee experience improvements
