Role Responsibilities
Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions
Own and prioritize the product backlog using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, and WSJF to ensure maximum business value
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch optimization
Drive digital user experience (UX) by partnering with design teams and validating through user research and feedback loops
Leverage APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) to build modern, distributed systems
Interpret architecture diagrams, data flows, and system design to make informed product decisions
Apply DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and SRE principles to enhance product reliability and delivery speed
Utilize data engineering concepts (ETL, data models, analytics) to support scalable data-driven solutions
Use data and analytics (KPIs, dashboards) to track product performance and drive informed decision-making
Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to optimize product outcomes
Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory alignment, especially in BFSI and other regulated industries
Manage cross-functional stakeholders and communicate product status, risks, dependencies, and milestones effectively
Influence without authority and drive alignment across engineering, UX, business, and compliance teams
Apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve complex challenges
Handle risk management, negotiation, and decision-making in ambiguous environments
Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence within the product team
Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Personal Insurance, including Insurance Sales, Services, Payments, and Billing
