POSITION OVERVIEW
- Lead all operational and clinical activities within the hospital pharmacy department
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and improve pharmacy practice standards aligned with current best practices
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and accreditation regulations
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain pharmacy staff while promoting clinical excellence
- Prepare departmental budgets and capital expenditure requests
- Review and update pharmacy policies and procedures in accordance with hospital bylaws
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to promote quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency

- Active Tennessee Pharmacist License REQUIRED
- Minimum Five Years of Pharmacy Experience REQUIRED
- Minimum Three Years of Hospital Pharmacy Management Experience REQUIRED
- Previous Leadership Experience REQUIRED
- Pharmacy Residency or Fellowship Preferred
- Master's Degree Preferred
- Strong Knowledge of Hospital Pharmacy Operations and Regulatory Compliance
