POSITION OVERVIEW
- Senior leadership role overseeing Skilled Nursing Center operations
- Responsible for maintaining high-quality clinical care and operational performance within a long-term care environment
- Lead strategic initiatives supporting post-acute and long-term care services
- Collaborate with system leadership, staff, residents, families, and community stakeholders
- Drive regulatory compliance, operational excellence, quality improvement, and staff development initiatives
- Report directly to the VP of Long Term Care Operations
COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $127,795 - $191,692
- Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable

- Active Nursing Home Administrator License REQUIRED
- Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and/or Assistant Administrator REQUIRED
- Minimum 2-5 years Administrator experience REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field REQUIRED
Preferred:
- 10 years of LNHA experience
- Master's Degree
- Vermont and/or New York Nursing Home Administrator License
