Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Community Counseling Solutions in Hermiston, Oregon.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults within an established community mental health program.
- Complete behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, individual and family therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
- Coordinate care with physicians, schools, community agencies, and multidisciplinary behavioral health teams.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation while practicing independently within your scope of licensure.
- Support patients through evidence-based treatment while helping improve long-term behavioral health outcomes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- Active Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

- Strong documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Salary : $73,000 - $111,000
