POSITION OVERVIEW
- Oversees laboratory operations within hospital setting
- Responsible for team-building and leadership within laboratory and hospital
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies
- Supports growth of laboratory services through client recruitment and retention
COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $91,980 – $124,173
SCHEDULE
- Full-time
- Day shift
ROLE
- Develop and manage laboratory financial strategy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards
- Oversee employee relations, recruitment, and retention
- Coordinate laboratory services with hospital departments
- Maintain customer service standards for laboratory clients
- Support laboratory growth through marketing and client strategies
