Work is performed on residential and commercial properties and involves extracting water and damaged building materials and content, setting equipment, taking moisture readings and following various industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Follow directions and Industry standards as directed
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, safe, orderly manner
- Leave jobsite clean and orderly daily
- Be coachable and willing to learn and advance
- Manage Customer Satisfaction and ensure positive reviews are earned
- Effectively perform and learn all aspects of the production processes as directed
- Effectively communicate with customers, Teammates and Management
- Utilize various software as directed
- Valid drivers license
- Desire for continued learning and growth
- Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, vehicles and equipment
- Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers
- Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines
