We’re Hiring: Lead Mitigation Technician!!
PuroClean of San Antonio NW is looking for an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to join our team immediately.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on mitigation experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with DocuSketch & MICA preferred
- WTR & ADS certifications required*
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in physically demanding environments
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Lead water mitigation projects from start to finish
- Supervise and train technicians on proper procedures and safety
- Ensure projects are documented and completed to company standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance reps, and team members
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with participation in an on-call rotation (24/7 emergency company)
