Candidate REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST HAVE 3 years of restoration experience with water, mold, and fire jobs
- Participate in the "on-call" rotation for emergency service calls after hours and on weekends.
- EXCELLENT customer service & communication skills (written & verbal)
- Dependable, Responsible, and Positive
- Ability to work as a team and train new technicians
- Eager to learn, acquire new skills, and grow professionally
- Ability to travel locally and out of state if necessary
- Valid Driver’s License without major violations and vehicle
- Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and adjusters
- Scope, sell, manage, and execute water, fire, mold, and contents jobs
- Ensure job site documentation and execution is correct and complete
- Ability to execute required content manipulation, demolition, and equipment setup
- Work independently, as a team, and train new technicians
- Maintain assigned vehicle - cosmetically and mechanically
- Maintain equipment, tools, and consumable inventory
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Competitive Pay ($18/hr - $25/hr) PLUS BONUSES!
