Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Photograph, identify, and inventory customer’s contents.
- Wrap, package, and label contents for transport to cleaning facility.
- Unwrap, assess, and clean contents.
- Identify, re-wrap, package, and label cleaned contents.
- Maintain inventory of all processed contents and disposition.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Inspect completed work.
- Complete daily log.
- Return cleaned and restored property to customer when building restoration is complete.
- Maintain inventory of related supplies.
- Determine the sequence of steps to be taken to perform contents cleaning and restoration for the customer’s property.
- Maintain timely and effective communication and flow of information with Project Managers, Supervisors, or Managers.
