Business Development Representative (Hybrid – Field & Office)


Raleigh, NC


We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to support the continued growth of our organization. This hybrid role combines external relationship development with internal coordination and administrative support.


The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable building relationships, managing follow-ups, and contributing to both field and office operations.



Key Responsibilities


Business Development (Field-Based):

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with external partners and clients

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Represent the company in a professional and consistent manner

• Conduct regular outreach and follow-up to maintain engagement


Office Support (In-Office):

• Manage and update internal systems and client records

• Coordinate communication and assist with scheduling

• Support daily operations and administrative functions

• Maintain organization of ongoing activities and follow-ups



Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred
