Job Position Description:
As the Contents Crew you will collaborate with a ‘One Team’ mentality, managing production crews and job assignments while following PuroClean® production guidelines. You will assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, ensuring clear communication with the Operations Manager and Owner. The role involves managing job schedules, completing documentation in a timely manner, maintaining production costs within the established rate, and exceeding customer expectations by providing world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the PuroClean brand with professionalism and care.
- Production Management: Oversee production processes, ensuring jobs meet customer needs and adhere to company guidelines.
- Job Coordination: Assign jobs to production crews, manage schedules, and ensure smooth workflow from start to finish.
- Job Site Maintenance: Ensure job sites are orderly and comply with safety and uniform policies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Complete job files promptly, ensuring accurate records are kept and production costs are managed.
- Customer Communication: Address customer concerns in a professional manner, working closely with the Contents Division Manager and Owner to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proficiency with contents-related equipment and software used in property restoration.
- Safety Knowledge: Ability to manage and enforce safety guidelines both on-site and during travel.
- Communication Skills: Strong aptitude for record-keeping and clear communication with staff and clients.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in coaching, mentoring, and building strong teams to ensure high performance.
- Client Relationship: Ability to develop lasting client relationships and maintain excellent customer service.
- Need to have 3 to 5 years' experience
- Must have a valid Driver's License
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
