Position Overview:
PurityOne is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Hose Assembly Technician to join our production team in Northampton, MA. This is an entry-level position responsible for assembling high-purity hose and fluid transfer assemblies used in critical applications for life sciences and other high-purity industries.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Prior TIG welding experience is helpful but not required.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble hose and fluid transfer components according to work instructions and specifications
- Cut, prepare, and fit hose assemblies and associated fittings
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel hose assemblies (training may be provided)
- Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Safely operate assembly tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on aptitude
- Prior TIG welding experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written instructions and assembly procedures
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills and reliability
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and work at a bench or workstation for extended periods
- Ability to use hand tools and small equipment
- Team-oriented manufacturing environment
- On-the-job training provided
