Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and inside sales support for biopharma hose and fluid transfer product lines, including product selection, application guidance, and basic troubleshooting
- Support customers with technical inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities
- Serve as a technical support resource for sales teams across the distributor network, assisting with application questions and customer proposals
- Prepare quotations, product configurations, and supporting technical documentation
- Participate in customer calls and conduct local customer visits for application reviews, product evaluations, and training
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, quality, and operations teams to support customer needs and order execution
- Develop working knowledge of biopharma manufacturing environments, GMP requirements, and relevant industry standards (e.g., USP, ASME BPE)
- Capture customer and distributor feedback to support continuous improvement of products, tools, and sales processes
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–3 years of experience in a technical, engineering, or customer-facing role
- Strong interest in technical sales, applications engineering, or customer support
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment
- Ability to travel to domestic channel partners, customers and exhibitions
- Exposure to biopharma, pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with fluid handling components such as hoses, tubing, fittings, or single-use systems preferred
- Primarily onsite at the Northampton, MA facility
- Travel requirements are primarily for local region (driving) but will include occasional domestic travel
