This role partners with leadership to support business goals while managing core HR processes, including employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Support organizational change initiatives and culture development.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues.
- Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Coach managers on performance improvement and documentation.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Process payroll changes and coordinate with payroll providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership functions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
