Commercial cleaning position in Michigan Monday through Saturday six nights a week from roughly 830 to 10 PM
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors, carpets, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Handle floor sweeping, dust, mopping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure floors are spotless
- Manage chemical agent handling with attention to safety protocols for floor cleaning chemicals and other custodial supplies.
- Wipe downs of counters high touched areas sinks
- Refilling of paper as toilet paper and and sanitizer
- Removing all trash and boxes
- Dusting
- Maintain cleanliness standards by performing detailed cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services with knowledge of janitorial best practices
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment including commercial mops, vacuums, and other janitorial tools.
- Ability to handle chemical agents safely while understanding proper usage of cleaning chemicals.
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely during routine tasks (Garbage).
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring high standards of cleanliness across all areas.
- Customer service orientation with effective communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of environmental services principles emphasizing eco-friendly cleaning methods and waste management practices.

This job is Monday through Saturday six days a week 8:30-10:00 pm
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9.0 – 12.0 per week
