PureVue Home Services is a rapidly growing Window Cleaning and Painting company serving Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, and surrounding areas. We are currently on pace to generate more than $500,000 in annual revenue, five times last year’s targeted revenue goal, with over 50% coming from recurring clients. We are also projected to serve more than 750 clients this year.
Role Description
The Digital Marketing Intern will help shape the voice and online presence of PureVue. This role includes traveling to active window-cleaning and painting job sites to capture photos, B-roll, testimonials, and short-form videos.
The intern will help develop, edit, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Additional responsibilities may include creating content for the founder’s personal brand, assisting with digital advertising, tracking content performance, and helping develop future marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate studying marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related field
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, digital advertising, and brand development
- Comfortable filming at active window-cleaning and painting job sites
- Able to commute throughout the Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha areas
- Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing and design platforms
- Awareness of current social media trends and the ability to adapt them to fit a professional brand
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Creative, dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership
- Able to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
- Interested in growing alongside a young and expanding company
