We're hiring Wireless Sales Representatives across Tulsa, Sand Springs, and surrounding areas! Multiple store locations are available throughout the Tulsa market. Candidates from nearby communities are encouraged to apply.
Position Summary
As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will help customers find the right wireless products and services while delivering an excellent in-store experience. You'll be responsible for achieving sales goals, assisting customers with their accounts, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with wireless products, plans, devices, and accessories
- Complete activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account support
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Promote current offers, products, and services
- Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail, wireless, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Motivated by sales goals and performance-based earnings
- Reliable and professional
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
