Order Fulfillment Specialist – Purely Cannabis Co. Overview
Purely Cannabis Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Fulfillment Specialist to support our fast-paced dispensary operations. This role is responsible for accurately preparing customer orders behind the scenes, ensuring every product is handled, packaged, and transferred with precision and care.
You will play a critical role in maintaining efficiency, compliance, and product integrity while working closely with budtenders and management. If you thrive in a structured, team-driven environment and take pride in accuracy and organization, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on POS system tickets
- Retrieve products from secured inventory storage in a timely manner
- Verify product details including SKU, quantity, and packaging before fulfillment
- Coordinate with budtenders to ensure smooth and efficient order handoff
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of inventory and fulfillment areas
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and restocking of product
- Follow all internal SOPs for product handling, storage, and compliance
- Monitor order volume and prioritize tasks during high-traffic periods
- Report discrepancies, damaged items, or inventory issues to management immediately
- Support intake and organization of new product deliveries when needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or retail backroom preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under pressure
- Ability to follow structured processes and compliance protocols
- Comfortable using POS systems or digital order systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to stand, move, and lift product throughout the shift
- Basic math and counting skills for inventory handling
