Description: Responsible for managing inbound electronic parts orders, quotes, and sales through online platforms and internal systems. Ensures accurate order processing by verifying part fitment, condition, and pricing while maintaining proper documentation and records. Communicates with customers regarding order status and availability, maintains knowledge of parts interchange and supplier networks, and supports improvements to online sales and procurement processes. Meets performance goals, pursues ongoing training, and adheres to all company safety policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Handle inbound electronic orders, quotes, and sales through online platforms and internal systems. (CCC, Parts trader, OPS etc.)
Identify and verify part fitment, condition, and pricing prior to order confirmation. Communicate clearly with customers on order status, availability, and issues.
Responsible for meeting goals, self evaluating and scheduling training or education to improve.
Process orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining system documentation and records.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts interchange, grading standards, and supplier networks.
Support continuous improvement of online sales workflows and procurement processes.
Follows all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers and other employees of the organization.
Education/Experience:
1 Years of experience in sales or similar online procurement role.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.
