Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments, including shaping, buffing, polishing, and cuticle care.
• Create intricate nail art designs using various techniques and color theories to match client preferences.
• Provide expert advice on nail health, maintenance, and aftercare to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure a safe environment.
• Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or hair extensions when qualified.
• Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty accessories to enhance client experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or certification with specialization in nail technology.
• Proficiency in nail care techniques including gel, acrylics, dip powders, and natural manicures.
• Knowledge of color theory for creating appealing nail designs and art.
• Experience with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies and upselling techniques to promote products confidently.
• Additional skills such as eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, or barbering are a plus but not required.
