Our ideal Office Manager Assistant candidate must have:
At least 1 year experience in a medical office as an office manager or chiropractic assistant
Applicants with less than 1 year will be considered on a case by case basis
Proven ability to work efficiently. Must be able to multitask
Abilities to conduct patient check-in and check-out, including scheduling appointments, and accepting payments
A professional, friendly, warm personality
Experience with setting up patients on various therapies (learning specific tasks may be required)
Prior insurance experience: contacting insurance companies to verify patient coverage and eligibility
Hours: Typically ~ 36-40 hours per week (typically 9 pm to 6 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with Wednesdays off)
