Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will assist clients in selecting wellness services, provide information about the benefits of our offerings, and ensure each guest feels welcome and cared for. Additional responsibilities include handling bookings, managing studio operations, maintaining cleanliness of the facility, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience during their visit.
Qualifications
- Very Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create positive and welcoming experiences for guests
- Sales aptitude, including upselling services and recommending packages tailored to client needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele
- Ability to manage studio operations, including appointment scheduling and light administrative tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for health, wellness, and self-care is a plus
- Experience using scheduling or point-of-sale software is desirable but not required
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
