Responsibilities
- Perform storefront window cleaning, ensuring a streak-free, polished finish using traditional squeegee methods and modern cleaning tools
- Utilize pressure washers designed for window cleaning to remove dirt, grime, and environmental buildup from exterior surfaces
- Conduct rope access window cleaning on high-rise buildings using specialized harnesses and safety equipment to reach difficult areas safely
- Operate scissor lifts and ladders confidently for elevated window access while adhering to all safety protocols
- Clean skylights, glass facades, and interior windows in residential and commercial properties with precision and care
- Apply proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks to ensure safety at all times during outdoor work
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring tools are in excellent condition for optimal performance
- Follow strict safety procedures during outdoor work, including high-rise window cleaning and use of pressure washers or rope access techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the progress and quality of work performed
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial window cleaning is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with outdoor cleaning tasks involving ladders, scaffolding, or scissor lifts is advantageous
- Familiarity with high-rise building window cleaning using rope access or other specialized methods is a plus
- Knowledge of janitorial or custodial duties that involve detailed cleaning routines and equipment handling
- Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is desirable
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to working at heights and operating pressure washers or other heavy-duty equipment
