Experienced Commercial High-Rise Window Cleaner – Path to Journeyman
Location: NE Minneapolis, MN

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced commercial window cleaners who are ready to grow into a fully certified Journeyman. This is not an entry-level or apprentice role. Candidates must have hands-on window cleaning experience and be comfortable working at heights. You will perform day-to-day commercial and high-rise window cleaning tasks as part of our Minneapolis-based team, using ladders up to 32 feet, aerial lifts, and other equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-rise and commercial window cleaning safely and efficiently
- Operate ladders, aerial lifts, and other equipment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service
- Develop skills and gain experience to achieve full Journeyman status
- Contribute to a positive, teamwork-focused work environment
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experienced in commercial window cleaning (high-rise experience preferred)
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, or rope access)
- Experience with lifts, chair, or bucket equipment
- Registered with SEIU Local 26 or able to pursue registration
- Strong work ethic and willingness to grow into a Journeyman role

Pay: $25.00 - $31.88 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
