Life as Our Equipment Reliability Specialist
Day-to-day, you'll ensure our machinery thrives in a high-performance environment. From setup to maintenance, you’ll implement strategies to keep our operations running smoothly, all while facing exhilarating mechanical challenges head-on.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven work with production support equipment and systems like conveyors and ovens
- Ability in plumbing, pneumatic hydraulics, and cutting-edge welding techniques
- Exceptional mechanical insight and adept problem-solving
- Commitment to service excellence and rapid response
- Desirable credentials in Power Industrial Training and PLC diagnostics; welding skills (MIG, TIG, Stick) add value
- Initiative-driven, completing projects from start to finish with autonomy
- Clear communicator with a focus on structured, systematic processes
- Possess a high school diploma
- Preferred: 2-5 years in industrial bakery or food production experience
- Bi-lingual proficiency in English/Spanish is advantageous
- Ready to engage in physically demanding tasks such as extensive standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and more
- Availability for variable shifts, including overtime and weekends
