Compliance Associate
Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $16.00 per hour to start

Job Summary:
The Compliance Associates will report to the Compliance Manager and be responsible for assisting with compliance-related activities at the Production facility such as METRC tracking of finished cannabis products, compliance auditing, and monitoring regulatory changes. This position will also help ensure products are being produced in a manner that meets all compliance specifications and brand consistency.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential compliance risks, and work with operations personnel to develop innovative solutions.
- Works with the Fulfillment team to ensure METRC transfers are seamless within the customer order fulfillment process.
- Advise the Compliance Manager of any crucial compliance issues or changes that could impact the company.
- Maintain an inventory of tag, labels, and other supplies necessary for METRC Track & Trace.
- Assist with METRC and inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Operate under the highest standards of professionalism, with integrity and honesty.

- Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function
- Ongoing learning about horticulture and cannabis farming and staying on top of industry trends.
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Cannot be a current licensed caregiver.
- Must pass a background check.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year cannabis knowledge
Associates degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15-25 pounds at times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
