What You’ll Do.
- Analyze and create metrics to continually improve and monitor products and their underwriting performance, such as loss ratio and claim frequency.
- Leverage computational querying languages to conduct ad-hoc analysis of business results.
- Support the development of operational dashboards by studying department needs to provide readily available actional insights.
- Present impactful recommendations to business leaders through storytelling with data.
- 1-3 years of relevant, analytical experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required in an analytical field of study such as Economics, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or Actuarial Science
- Experience using software to extract, analyze, organize and communicate data to support decision-making
- Experience with a programming language such as Python or SQL
- Experience using Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Intelligent, curious, and self-driven
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
