Job Description: Design & Staging Assistant
You will contribute during both the preparation phase and the on-site installation phase.
Design & Prep
- Select, pull, and pack accessories, art, linens, and décor based on the design plan.
- Style vignettes and curate accessory groupings that reflect PURE’s polished aesthetic.
- Tailor choices to the home’s style (MCM, contemporary, coastal, etc.) and the furniture assigned in Stageforce.
- Work efficiently and meet tight prep deadlines.
On-Site Staging
- Make beds and steam linens for a crisp, elevated finish.
- Style kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins, consoles, nightstands, and tables.
- Assist with accessory placement and fine-tuning the overall look.
- Help with general cleanup to ensure the home is photo-ready.
- Carry light items (under 40 lbs) to and from the truck.
- Hang art when needed (training provided).
Logistics
- Assist with organizing inventory in our Edmonds storage facility.
- Work comfortably in a storage space that can be cold in the winter.

- Have a flexible schedule — staging needs vary, and the team may need you on different days week to week.

Schedule, Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $25–$28/hr (W2)
- Hours: 15–30 hours/week
- Schedule: Typically 2–5 days per week based on staging volume
- Location: Home base in Edmonds, installs in Seattle surrounding areas
