Inside Sales Representative – Solar (Mt. Laurel, NJ)

Pure Home Renewables is a fast-growing New Jersey home service company, and we're building our inside sales team in Mt. Laurel. Homeowners check reviews before they say yes to anyone — ours are the kind that open doors. When you call for us, you're representing a name people trust, and that changes how every conversation starts.

Here's the job, no fluff:

You get a desk, a dialer, real call lists, and a script that works. You call New Jersey homeowners about cutting their electric bill with solar, find the ones who want to hear more, and book them onto a closer's calendar. That's the whole job. You set — you don't close, you don't chase paperwork, and you don't knock a single door.

Here's the money:

Uncapped commission, paid weekly. Realistic first year is around $65K — our top earners hit $126K . Every appointment you book is money in your pocket, and nobody puts a ceiling on it. Have a monster week? You get paid like it that Friday.

Here's the ladder:

Setter → Team Lead → Closer → Leadership. That's not a poster on the wall — we promote from within, and we're filling closer seats right now. Book appointments, prove you can run a conversation, and the closer chair (and closer money) is your next stop.

Here's the honest part:

This is outbound cold calling. Most of your day is dials, and you'll hear "no" a lot. If that sentence made you flinch, this isn't your job — and that's fine. But if you've done phone sales, collections, or telemarketing — or knocked doors in the July heat — you already know rejection is just the toll you pay on the way to the next yes. The difference here: you'll run 5x the conversations of any door-knocker, in the air conditioning, and be home for dinner by 5:30.
