Pure Home Renewables is a family-owned solar company, and we're hiring Inside Sales / Appointment Setters to call our warm, company-provided leads and book solar consultations. You're not building your own list and you're not cold-knocking — the leads come to you. Your job is to get homeowners excited and onto the calendar.
What you'll do
- Call warm, company-provided leads (no self-generated lists)
- Qualify homeowners and book solar demos for our closing team
- Follow up and keep the pipeline moving in our CRM
- Hit daily dial and booking targets
What you'll earn — 100% commission, uncapped
- HEAVY BONUS STRUCTURE
- Realistic earnings: $62,000–$103,000/year based on activity (expected earnings, not a base salary)
- Paid weekly
This is a commission-only, 1099 independent-contractor role — not salaried or hourly. Our closers thrive here. If you need a guaranteed base, this isn't the right seat.
Schedule & location
- In-office at our Mt. Laurel, NJ location (not remote)
- Core calling hours, roughly 10am–5pm, Monday–Friday
