Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our guest relations team at our spa. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain smooth communication between guests and staff. This role includes inventory, creating promotional flyers, some social media work, and working closely with the Manager. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Handle guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring their stay exceeds expectations. Includes resolving client or staff complaints/issues
- Maintain effective communication across departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues swiftly
- Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and manage inquiries efficiently
- Support the implementation of hospitality standards, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
- Inventory- accounts receivable
Requirements
- Proven experience in management or front desk operations
- Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and other related experience with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and work flexible hours including evenings & weekends
