As a Manufacturing Assembler, you’ll be the backbone of our production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role keeps our operations moving, and you’ll be an essential part of bringing our products to life.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Packaging finished goods and checking for quality.
- Palletizing products like a pro.
- Keeping quality control standards top-notch.
- Performing physical tasks like lifting, twisting, and reaching (up to 40 lbs.).
- Following our safety warm-up program to stay injury-free!
- You’re safety-savvy and always bring a positive attitude.
- Meeting daily production goals is your thing.
- You aim for zero defects because quality matters to you.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when needed.
- You’re a team player with great communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a knack for maintaining neat work areas.
- You’ve got the physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Work indoors in a comfortable, temperature-controlled environment.

- Indoors, but sometimes exposed to heat, humidity, or cold.

- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to keep you safe.
- Clean and organized spaces where teamwork thrives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- A stellar record of attendance, safety, and performance.
- Basic math skills (we’ll test them if needed!).
- Respect for others, openness to feedback, and a willingness to share ideas.
- 720 hours (about 4.5 weeks) of work experience for temporary personnel.
- Strong motor skills, organization, and a team-first mindset.
