1st shift M-F 8 hour shift
$16 to $18/hour, based on experience

The Assembler will perform any combination of the following tasks to assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems: read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies, and receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.

Required:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for quality, quantity, and inspection of work to be performed
- Perform basic soldering of SMT and Through Hole Components
- Perform visual inspections of Surface Mount Assemblies
- Interpret IPC-A-610 standards for acceptability and customer specifications
- Work in a team environment to achieve Quality and Throughput
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
- Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by either the Quality/Production Manager or the Production Lead
