Role Description
This part-time hybrid role as a Solar Closer requires working from the office in Houston, TX, with occasional opportunities to work from home. Responsibilities include managing and closing solar deals, guiding customers through the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams. A qualified experienced closer will be provided with warm leads at no expense to the closer. The position involves maintaining strong communication with clients and ensuring the successful completion of escrow and closing procedures. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping customers transition to solar energy while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
- Experience in Closings and Deal Closure to successfully drive and finalize solar sales
- Understanding of Escrow and related processes to ensure smooth transaction completion
- Ability to work in both office environments and remotely, with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in solar, renewable energy, or sales is advantageous but not required
