What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window/Door Install Crew position at Pure Energy Window Company?
Pure Energy Window Company is a family owned and operated replacement window company. We are looking to hire an experienced install crew that has the ability to continually grow within the company, that can install both windows and doors. DUTIES:
- Install various types of windows or doors within structures according to specifications
- Capable of bending and hanging aluminum trim coil and finishing with exterior sealant
- Capable of providing your own tools required for a full install
- Perform frame carpentry work, including headers
- Install various types of entry and patio doors
- Perform high quality trim carpentry work and interior caulking
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and building codes
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
-Strong knowledge with installing replacement windows and doors
- Familiarity with frame carpentry and door hanging techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome installation challenges
-Crew size capable of installing 15 windows in a day
-Capable of installing bays with roofs, garden windows, and alterations
