What You’ll Do as a Residential Cleaner

In this role, you will:

• Handle detailed home cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms while maintaining high standards
• Make beds, organize rooms, and create a clean and comfortable living space
• Work in homes that may have pets
• Follow structured cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality
• Use your smartphone to check schedules, job details, and communicate with the team
• Travel to client homes within our service area (up to 20 miles from Rockford, MI)

• Don’t have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance

• Frequently change jobs
• Avoid accountability or make excuses

What to Expect

We are hiring part-time team members now, with the chance to grow into full-time roles over time.
You’ll work independently while still being supported by a structured, friendly team.
No prior cleaning experience is needed — training will be provided.
