Pure Care LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Personal Support Specialist Supervisor to conduct in-home visits on an assignment basis. This is a flexible, per-visit position — you accept assignments as they become available and are paid $50 for each completed visit. Assignments may be intake visits for new clients or supervisory visits for existing clients and their assigned Personal Support Specialists.

What You'll Do
Intake Visits
- Meet with new clients in their homes to complete intake paperwork and initial assessments
- Review the plan of care and service expectations with the client and/or their representative
- Document client needs, home environment, and any safety considerations
- Answer client questions and ensure a smooth start to services
Supervisory Visits
- Conduct scheduled in-home supervisory visits to observe Personal Support Specialists providing care
- Evaluate quality of care, adherence to the care plan, and client satisfaction
- Provide coaching and feedback to PSS staff as needed
- Complete and submit supervisory visit documentation accurately and on time
- Report any concerns, incidents, or changes in client condition to the office
Compensation & Structure
- $50 per visit, paid for each completed intake or supervisory visit
- Mileage reimbursement for travel to and from client visits [at the current IRS standard rate]
- Assignment-based — no minimum or guaranteed hours; accept the visits that fit your schedule
- Visits assigned based on client location, need, and your stated availability
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in home care, personal care services, or a related field preferred
- Prior supervisory or care coordination experience a plus
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working independently and traveling to client homes
