This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where consistency, efficiency, and pride in your work matter. No prior experience with our equipment is required. We provide full training for the right candidate, with opportunities for growth through our operator levels.
The Level 1 Zund Operator is responsible for operating equipment in the Cutting Department with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all products meet high-quality production standards. Candidates must have a keen attention to detail, professionalism in interactions with colleagues, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Physical demands include: Great attention to detail, standing for prolonged periods of time, frequently reaching to load and off load paper, occasionally climbing, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and adhering to safety standards and company policies and procedures are also integral to this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain reliable punctuality with minimal absences.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications by reviewing job tickets.
- Load and unload the Zund for button production.
- Punch out buttons and organize them into job folders.
- Pull and punch sticker or magnet sheets, organize them into bins for processing.
- Verifying cut depths between sheets, notify level 2 operator for issues.
- Weigh and shrink-wrap stickers for shipping or assembly.
- Weed cut vinyl decals as needed.
- Conduct frequent inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Compensation
- Starting at $16.00 - $20.00 hourly
