The Opportunity: The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for all operating activities related to multiple structured finance and credit facilities including the analysis and preparation of various monthly and quarterly reports (for both internal and external stakeholders), management and review of all relevant data associated with such credit facilities, and the pledging and purchasing of Accounts Receivables to the various credit facilities. The Senior Treasury Analyst will apply conclusions to complex problems, deliver solutions, and work with large data sets to complete company-level reporting that is distributed to internal and external stakeholders. The Analyst must be innovative and ensure a focus on delivering accurate and quality output.
What You Will Do:
- Develop into a subject matter expert for the Treasury department
- Read and comprehend complex legal documents
- Complete weekly sales of new receivables to special purpose vehicles
- Calculate and report on the collateral within financing facilities
- Manage monthly servicer reports and compliance requirements for financing facilities
- Maintain all interest schedules related to current outstanding debt
- Recognize and communicate financial implications of business decisions and strategies
- Maintain relationships with IT and Finance teams to assure data accuracy and integrity
- Prepare and assist with annual audits
- Correspond with banks, lenders, and other financial service providers regarding operational issues, transactions, funding needs, and external inquiries
The Experience You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference for Finance, Economics, Decision Sciences, Mathematics or related field
- 5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance or Business Analysis
- 1 years of experience building dashboards a plus
- 2 years of experience coding using SQL and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency
- Ability to read and comprehend complex Legal documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, managing and analyzing large data sets, building financial based models)
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage projects and processes end to end with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand business objectives and requirements, organize and interpret results, and deliver insights and recommendations through effective reporting
- Must be detail-oriented and very organized with the ability to multi-task to deliver timely output and handle shifting priorities professionally
- High level adaptability and flexibility, and be a self-starter
- Capable of working effectively with internal departments and external parties
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with debt formation and capital markets
- CTP or CFA designation is a plus
