The Purchase Area Development District is seeking a full-time individual to promote the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs.
The Career Coach is responsible for case management, eligibility determination, and initiation of individual training requests. A bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, career counseling, excellent verbal and written communication, self-direction, excellent organizational skills, and computer-based reporting. This position will be in Paducah, Kentucky.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
