RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full lifecycle of corporate entities, including preparation and filing of formation documents, annual reports, and other corporate filings.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of a wide range of commercial agreements, including lease agreements and ancillary documents (e.g., estoppels, SNDAs, and related documentation).
- Coordinate the execution process for legal documents, ensuring timely routing, signature collection, and proper recordkeeping.
- Maintain and organize the company’s contract management system, including contract templates, executed agreements, and document archives.
- Track and manage legal invoices and support budgeting and reporting for legal expenses.
- Support the legal team with administrative and project-based tasks related to corporate governance, transactions, and ongoing legal initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on corporate governance and commercial real estate transactions.
- Experience working with contract management systems and document management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Florida Registered Paralegal designation preferred.
