Pups-A-Daisy is growing, and we’re expanding our team as we head into a busy boarding season and extended hours.
We are an enrichment-based dog daycare focused on structure, safety, and improving dogs’ daily experiences—not just supervising play. We’re looking for team members who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and want to be part of a thoughtful, team-driven environment.
This is a hands-on, active position that requires strong awareness, consistency, and teamwork. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and positive environment for both dogs and their people.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising structured playgroups with a focus on behavior, safety, and engagement
- Supporting enrichment activities that build confidence and appropriate social skills
- Monitoring group dynamics and proactively preventing issues
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe facility
- Communicating clearly and professionally with team members and clients
