What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Campus Manager position at Puppy Paws Hotel & Spa?
Job Description: Works directly under the guidance of Campus manager to help manage
day-to-day facility operations and departments. On-site Assistant Campus Manager oversees and works as a communication hub for all 4 departments: Guest Services, Spa, Hotel Operations, and Academy. Flexible hours available - Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays as Needed. This is an hourly position.

- Must know roles in all 4 departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures each department is following standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Create a hierarchy within teams through team leader development with weekly meetings with each department coordinator.
- Ensures cleanliness of building according to cleaning spreadsheet.
- HR updates for employee issues, concerns, call ins, etc. In conjunction with Campus Manager
(all must be documented).
- Ensures schedules are being properly maintained.
- Performs employee reviews following SOP with Campus Manager.
- Maintains disciplining of employees following Discipline SOP.
- Ensures guidelines for team appreciation is being done.
- Ensure checklists are being utilized and up to date at all times.
- Maintain client carts
- Review dog and employee incident reports for day and ensure they are handled properly
- Assist with shift coverage and call-offs
- Lead training and orientation with new staff
- Assist in escalating and resolving client concerns
- Support Campus Manager with operational coverage as needed

Salary : $21,630 - $45,000
