We're Hiring: Experience Manager at Puppies & Yoga!
Join our vibrant and growing Puppies & Yoga studios as our Event Manager, where wellness meets wagging tails! We’re looking for a highly organized, energetic individual to lead our studio operations and ensure that every class is seamless, joyful, and unforgettable.
About the Role
This is a part time hybrid role with a mix of on site and remote responsibilities. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, people centered environment, this position is perfect for a natural leader with excellent multitasking skills.
- Weekly Hours: 3 hours of planning/organizational work (remote), 19 hours on weekends (in studio), and 8-16 hours on select weekdays for private events.
- Pay: Flexible and based on availability; potential to earn up to $2,500/month with the potential of $2,900 in select months.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience: Ensure every class runs smoothly and guests leave happy.
- Staff Coordination: Manage calendars and scheduling for yoga instructors and studio assistants.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor and restock supplies (mats, paper towels, cleaning products, toys, etc.).
- Logistics & Deliveries: Receive and organize studio deliveries.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate studio assistants and part-time staff.
- Studio Aesthetic: Maintain and enhance the vibe and décor to keep the space welcoming and photo-worthy.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the founders to brainstorm and implement ideas for growth and improvement.
