We’re growing our Events Team! We have two exciting opportunities to help bring our creative event vision to life — one full-time and one part-time role. Both positions will work closely with our Creative Director to deliver innovative, well-organized, and unforgettable guest experiences.
Overview
The Event Coordinator plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish — from sourcing materials to managing day-of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute in-house events, member-exclusive activities, outreach booths, external pop-ups, and seasonal experiences.
- Source/order materials, décor, and supplies.
- Develop event flow documents and staffing plans.
- Coordinate with vendors, local businesses, and community partners.
- Lead day-of event execution including setup, teardown, and staff oversight.
- Assist with creative brainstorming for future event themes.
- Maintain organized event records and supply inventory.
- Ensure all events align with brand standards and guest expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related field.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with hands-on event work and flexible schedules (including weekends/evenings).
Preferred
- Experience with themed or family-friendly events.
- Creative eye for design and décor.
Overview
The Event Coordinator Assistant supports the Events team in bringing ideas to life through hands-on help with setup, décor, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, décor placement, and teardown.
- Help source, prepare, and organize event materials and supplies.
- Support with vendor pickups/deliveries.
- Assist in guest flow, activity stations, and check-in during events.
- Maintain supply organization for future events.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to lift/move event materials as needed.
- Available for weekend and evening events.
- Previous event or customer service experience a plus (but not required).
