YOUR MISSION:
- Manage orderbook of assigned accounts including Sales orders and Bulk orders
- Serve as a main point of contact and liaison between the account, internal operations team, and Sales
- Manage the full order life cycle including internal coordination with Sales, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Compliance, Credit, Allocations and Warehousing
- Troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve orderbook issues with Accounts
- Analyze orderbook and develop/ execute a plan to meet customer’s requirements and Sales goals
- Collaborate with the Credit and Return teams to assist customer’s needs and manage chargeback disputes
- Responsible for presenting monthly KPIs to Account Success management and manage daily EDI uploads.
- Meet and represent department with Sales and Accounts, including business travel
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
- 2 year of related experience, preferably in retail or athletic footwear/apparel industry
- Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams
- Intermediate Excel knowledge required
- Ability to utilize successful time management and prioritization skills
- Domestic travel may be required
