Responsibilities:
Pack, crate, and ship products
Construct pallets and crates for heavier
Maintain cleanliness in work
Collaborate with team to ensure efficient shipping
Operate forklift (once trained).
Perform cycle counts
Receive and inspect incoming
Unload goods from delivery
Record received items accurately.
Organize items for storage
Monitor inventory levels and report
Optimize warehouse
Adhere to safety protocols
Maintain accurate shipments
Prepare shipping reports
Address any shipping issues
Perform any additional tasks as needed for the good of the company
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED; technical training
3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience preferred
Training Needs or Certifications:
Blueprint reading
Micrometer reading
Fork truck certification
Global Shop Solutions Training
UPS, FEDEX LTL, and Freight Forwarding Software Training
Physical Demands:
May lift 50-75 pounds as needed
Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity
