What are the responsibilities and job description for the Founding Recruiter position at PulseRise Technologies?
This company is hiring its first Founding Recruiter to build the recruiting function from the ground up. This is a full-cycle, high-ownership role partnering directly with founders and hiring managers across technical and business functions, owning sourcing, pipeline quality, and candidate experience end to end. The expectation is that this person grows into the head of recruiting over time, eventually leading a team of recruiters and RCs as the company scales. Recruiting is a centralized function with direct visibility into every hire across engineering, marketing, and sales.
